Hi! I’m Sarah.

I offer therapeutic movement and meditation practices that cultivate spacious awareness for the hectic, modern life. My public classes and one-on-one sessions aim to help you find balance and reduce stress by strengthening the body and mind, placing attention on healthy alignment, and making time for purposeful relaxation.

I’ll be on maternity leave beginning March 2024, with a return date in Fall 2o24. There will be no public class offerings during this time and my membership doors will be closed to new members. You can absolutely still access my on-demand library through a monthly subscription, or by single class rental.

I absolutely adore working one-on-one with clients. It allows us to craft a practice to your particular physical and emotional needs. I work with functional anatomy practices, yoga therapy, and physical therapy techniques to help you nourish holistic wellness, build strength, and attain relaxation.
